Easy Wagyu Beef Cockpot Chili

Ingredients:

Back Creek Wagyu Stew/Kabob Meat

2 cans (14.5 oz each) of Italian Diced tomatoes

½ cup Natural Tomato Sauce

1 yellow onion, diced

5 mushroom caps, diced

1 clove garlic, smashed

½ can chili beans (optional)

½ cup water

½ cup green peppers diced

½ tsp garlic powder

1 ½ tbsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp black pepper

¾ tsp salt

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on LOW for 8 hours. We recommend it be served with shredded cheese, sour cream, and a side of cornbread.
