Ingredients
1–2 Back Creek Wagyu Denver Steaks
2 TBS Soy Sauce
2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
To marinate your Back Creek Wagyu Denver steaks, take a Ziploc bag and add soy sauce and Worcestershire to it. Add the steaks to the bag and remove all the air. Let the steaks marinate for up to 6 hours.
Before grilling, make sure to bring the steaks to room temperature. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill each side of the steak for 2-3 minutes on a skillet to cook in its own tasty juices. Depending on how you like it cooked, adjust the timing. If you prefer your steak well-done, grill for a few more minutes on each side. Remember, Wagyu has a lower melting point, so it won’t take as long as a regular Angus steak.
Recommended Side Dish
Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts:
Brussels sprouts roasted with balsamic vinegar offer a caramelized, tangy edge that can cut through the richness of the Wagyu.
