AIR FRYER WAGYU FILET MIGNON RECIPE

Equipment:

  • Air Fryer

  • Instant-Read Thermometer

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter softened

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

  • 8 ounces Back Creek Wagyu Filet mignon steaks

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions:

  • Make the butter by combining the butter, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.

  • Stir to combine. Place on parchment paper and from a small log. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Season the steaks and allow them to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400° F.
