JUICY BONELESS COUNTRY WAGYU RIBS

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Back Creek Wagyu Country Boneless Ribs

2 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper

1 Tbsp barbecue sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Coat the meat in olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Place in the heated oven to bake for 15 minutes.

Take the ribs out of the oven and baste with the barbecue sauce, then turn over and baste the other side. Place back into the oven for another 5 – 10 minutes until beautifully caramelized.

NOTES

The only addition to the recipe is that you can heat a pan and sear it for a few minutes to give it the crispy crust and seal it in the juices.
