MUSHROOM AND WAGYU ANGEL HAIR PASTA

Ingredients
1 Package of Back Creek Wagyu Stew Meat
Kosher Salt
1/2 Sweet Onion
Mushrooms
Red Potatoes
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Spinach
Angel Hari Pasta
Directions
Take Back Creek Stew Waygu Meat & covered it with Kosher Salt and allowed it to set out for 1 hour.
Sauté 1/2 sweet onion in olive oil & butter.
Once the onion has softened, rinse off the meat and add the meat, the sliced mushrooms & the sliced red potatoes in the pan.
Lower the heat and add in 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup.
Once the pan has simmered til the meat is cooked to your satisfaction (medium rare) I toss in my spinach.
Bring boiling water up for the angel hair pasta.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add the remaining 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup.
